Warranty Details

All of our products carry lifetime warranty*! The warranty covers product defects and provides repair or replacement of the defective product.

The following situations are NOT covered by the lifetime warranty:

  1. Physical damage due to misuse or accident.
  2. Normal wear and tear.
  3. Loss or theft.
  4. Water damage or any other damage or defect related to misuse
  5. Buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the item.
  6. Item is damaged by plugging it into an incompatible voltage. 

*In most cases picture or video evidence illustrating the defect may be required in order to honor the warranty. 

 *Any built in battery equipment does not receive lifetime warranty, as batteries degrade over time with use. We offer 1 year warranty for any product defects for the following product(s): 13 inch Battery Powered Ring Light
